Return period

You have 5 days from receipt of your order to report a product that does not match its description and get a refund or exchange.

Eligibility conditions

• Unused product, in its original packaging
• Labels and accessories intact
• Customized products are non-refundable

How do I return a product?

1. Contact us at retours@adullamarket.com

2. We provide you with the return address

3. Ship the parcel (return shipping costs are at your expense)

4. The refund is issued within 14 days after receipt

Defective products

If your product is defective, contact us immediately. We will cover return and exchange costs.
